Made my own fire cider w/fresh ginger & turmeric from Old Friends Farm, local onion, horseradish, garlic, hot peppers, oregano, thyme and cranberry, plus ginseng, schizandra berries, and peppercorns I got in some lady’s front yard in Kerala. Now I just gotta remember to shake it and a month from now, will be fighting any seasonal malady with fire.
(P.S. I graduated Herbalism School Sunday.)

I cook local food. I play groovy records. I study herbal medicine. And I'm in love with Massachusetts, with the radio on.
